Eric Brewer, Chief Executive Officer

17+ years RE industry experience

Eric Brewer is a dedicated real estate entrepreneur and community advocate based in Central Pennsylvania. With over 17 years of experience, Eric has had the privilege of leading Integrity First Home Buyers as its CEO. Under his guidance, the company has grown to include a team of over
40 dedicated individuals, including a full-time COO, and has successfully completed approximately 4,000 real estate investment transactions, focusing on both single-family and small multi-family properties. The company’s core purpose is to "offer hope, inspire faith, and build belief," reflecting Eric’s commitment to uplifting others.

In addition to his work at Integrity First Home Buyers, Eric manages a retail agent team in the Southeast under the Keller Williams brokerage, where they average over $60 million in sales annually with 10 talented agents. His career has been enriched by the completion of over $4 billion in total real estate sales. Eric strives to enhance customer satisfaction and has implemented EOS and Scaling Up business frameworks to foster efficiency and support his team’s growth.

Known for his collaborative approach, Eric emphasizes the importance of teamwork and continuous improvement. He is committed to cultivating a supportive environment for sellers, vendors, and real estate agents alike, believing that success is best achieved together.

Eric's involvement in the community is rooted in a desire to provide opportunities where they are lacking. He enjoys teaching, coaching, and encouraging others to believe in themselves and access resources to pursue their dreams. Additionally, Eric serves on the senior leadership team for Collective Genius, the nation's top peer-to-peer network for real estate developers, landlords, educators, lenders, and syndicators.

Ken Majmudar, Chief Investment Officer

30+ years industry experience

Kaushal “Ken” Majmudar, CFA is a highly experienced entrepreneur and investor who has invested in thousands of units of commercial real estate and exited many of these generating notable returns for his clients. As the founder of Ridgewood Investments in 2002, which he still leads, Ken has advised more than 100 wealthy families and family offices on a range of investing opportunities in and outside of commercial real estate.

Ken graduated with honors from the Harvard Law School in 1994 after being an honors graduate of Columbia University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Prior to founding Ridgewood Investments in late 2002, Ken worked for seven years on Wall Street as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers where he has extensive experience working on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions transactions and other corporate finance advisory work for Fortune 1000 companies such as Garmin, Sirius Satellite Radio, ViaSat and DIRECT TV.

Ken’s high level experience and work with clients has been recognized and cited on multiple occasions. He is a noted investor and advisor who has written and spoken extensively on the subject of intelligent long term investing. Ken's guidance has been essential to guiding wealthy entrepreneurs and families to build wealth within and outside of commercial real estate. Ken is active in leading professional groups for investment managers as a member of both the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Securities Analysts as well as the Collective Genius Mastermind. He is both a CFA Charter holder and admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey though retired from the practice of law.

Travis Scott, Chief Operations Officer

20+ years business and RE experience

Travis Scott serves as Chief Operating Officer of Banksmore and its sister company, Integrity First Home Buyers based on York, PA. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven record of success to his role as a distinguished leader with a robust background in Computer Science and Business.

Throughout his career, Travis has developed a deep expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Before joining Integrity First Home Buyers, he served as the COO of Envision Building Products. Travis holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his proficiency in enhancing quality and efficiency in various operational processes. His comprehensive experience includes managing operations, optimizing workflows, and driving overall performance improvements. His dedication to excellence consistently yields outstanding results, benefiting the organizations he serves.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Travis values spending
time with his wife and daughters and has a special fondness for Great Danes. Guided by a personal philosophy of continuous improvement, he strives to excel in all aspects of life—be it personal, professional, physical, or purposeful. His ambition is to leave a meaningful legacy for his family, children, and the
broader community.

Travis resides in York, Pennsylvania, with his wife, two daughters and three dogs.

Josh Williams, Chief Growth Officer

5+ years RE, 10+ years IB/M&A

Mr. Williams started his career in commercial real estate in 2016, after a previous career in investment banking M&A and advisory roles. His passion for build-to-rent, affordable-luxury, and multifamily ground-up development began in 2020 as the sole sponsor on multiple 150+ unit subdivisions in central Ohio.

He currently manages all of the firm's development projects in Ohio and the Midwest. His talents are helping investors build financial legacies, helping small-and mid-sized cities be competitive in the housing landscape, solving complicated financial & leverage situations, and fund-level value creation. Together with Clint, he shares investment & risk strategy, structuring deals, financing and capital raising duties.

He lives is Baltimore, Maryland with his wife, daughter, son, and two dogs.

Clint Huhra, President of Development

10+ years CRE, 25+ years construction

Mr. Huhra is a seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate industry with over 25 years of trusted track record and experience. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in every aspect of the industry, ranging from new home construction and land development to multifamily, retail, and office investments.

He has an extensive portfolio of successful projects and currently manages the firms projects in Maryland and Pennsylvania. His talents are yielding impressive returns for investors, identifying and capitalizing on CRE opportunities, unlocking value in complex transactions, and building successful general partnerships. For the fund's investments, he handles all market analysis, construction management, and value-engineering.

He lives is Baltimore, Maryland with his wife, two daughters, and son.

Benmont Locker, Operations

5+ years RE, 10+ years business development

Benmont Locker, brings a wealth of expertise in both real estate and education. With a proven track record of leading a team through over 1,000 successful transactions across diverse markets, he has also played a pivotal role in scaling educational segments like 'The Brewer Method' and the 'RAMP Skills & Conversion Academy,' achieving rapid growth with over 100 active students.

Benmont’s extensive experience includes building and scaling businesses across various industries. He successfully expanded a franchised retail chain prior to PE acquisition. His diverse industry expertise spans beverages/alcohol, medical device/healthcare, and the outdoor/fitness sectors.

Benmont leverages his robust background in business scaling, data-driven decision-making, and enhancing intra-company culture through technology.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Benmont is committed to fitness, creative pursuits, and spending quality time with his two children residing in the Tampa Bay, FL region.
